Owned by Fumie Kumagai, a Pastry Chef graduate of Le Cordon Bleu (really, her diploma is on the wall) this tiny shop right across from Bellevue park (more specifically, in the condominium across the street) is a real find, literally. How small is this place? It's about the size of a large walk in closet. It has enough space for one display, an espresso machine, and Fumie's chair.
