I AM A SHAME OF OUR GOVERNMENT SYSTEM, THE FOOD THERE WAS NOT FIT TO EVEN FEED A DOG, THE FOOD WAS SO OUT DATED, AND OLD WITH GREEN BACTERIA IN THE FOOD, THE FOOD HAS NO SEASONING TO IT, AS MUCH AS THE TAX PAYER PAY INTO THE SYSTEM, HUMANS ARE NOT TREATED AS HUMAN THEY ARE TREATED AS ANIMIALS, I ADMITTED SOME DO DESERVED WHAT PUNISHMENT THEY GET FOR BREAKING THE LAW BUT TO TREAT HUMANS AS SUCH BY SERVING BAD FOOD AND POSSIBLE KILLING OTHER HUMANS WHO MAY EAT THIS FOOD. IT MAKES YOU WONDER WHO IS REALLY THE CRIMINALS HERE. I BET YOU NONE OF THE OFFICERS WOULD EAT THE FOOD THEY SERVE TO THE PRISONERS, AND WHAT MAKE THINGS BAD THE JAIL HAVE PREGRANT WOMEN AND THEY ALSO FEED THAT SAME FOOD TO THE WOMEN WHO ARE PREGRANT LIKE I SAID IT MAKES YOU WONDER WHO IS REALLY THE CRIMINAL FOR THEY ARE PUTTING WOMEN IN DANGER AND THEIR UNBORN CHILD IN DANGER AS WELL THEY ARE NOT RECEIVING THE PROPER NUTRIENTS AND CARE THEY NEED, SO AGAIN TELL ME WHO IS REALLY THE CRIMINAL HERE, SOME THERE REQUIRE MEDICATION FOR HEALTH OR MENTAL ISSUE THE PRISONER DONT EVEN GET THEIR MEDICINE WHEN REQUIRED AND SOME DONT GET IT FOR THE DAY OR THEY WILL GIVE IT TO YOU WHEN THEY SEE FIT TO GIVE IT TO YOU, AGAIN WHO IS THE CRIMINAL HERE THE PRISONER IN WHICH THEY CAGED OR THE OFFICER WHO DOESN'T SEE THE PRISONER IS STILL A HUMAN BEING IN REGARDS OF THEIR CRIMES IN WHICH THEY COMMENTED. more

Every day for almost a month, I've been attempting to obtain information so I can post bond for someone who is in the Fulton County Jail. He makes collect calls to me from there...What a mess. The terminally ill elderly gentleman I'm helping was arrested on a warrant which is almost ten years old. No one can honestly remember what happened that long ago. Common sense dictates that the Fulton County D.A. needs to clean up those old warrant files by automatically dropping them, not by making pointless arrests which just overburden the system. more

I was in and out of their 1st appearance court by 11 am recently as a 1st time offender. It took the jail staff ELEVEN hours to release me. The highlight of the ordeal........ was feeding a hungry inmate my soggy bottom boys bolgna sandwich. Fulton County Jail's bologna has a 1st name...... its s-h-i-t-t Their bologna has a 2nd name its t-t-t-t-y. Word to the wise....... if your'e gonna do it, ....... do it with the Hardy Boys ..............AND NOT IN FULTON COUNTY more

The ENTIRE Fulton County Jail staff, the ENTIRE Sheriffs Department, and the ENTIRE office of the District Attorney are incompetent and totally lacking in common sense, plus they operate well outside the legal boundaries defined in the United States Constitution and the rulings of the U.S. Supreme Court. Federal Judge Marvin Shoob has been WAY TOO PATIENT with all these lazy, shiftless, whiny, useless, corrupt individuals and organizations for WAY TOO LONG! Chief District Attorney Paul Howard INTENTIONALLY and CRIMINALLY holds MANY inmates in jail ""awaiting trial"" for YEARS (even longer than the maximum allowable sentence for the crimes of which they stand accused!) until they agree to plead guilty, even if there is not one shred of evidence against the defendant. The ENTIRE Sheriffs Department, the ENTIRE staff of the ""D.A.'s"" office, and EVERY judge working in Fulton County MUST BE IMMEDIATELY REPLACED with competent, decent, honest, educated, efficient, intelligent, and unbiased individuals who will follow the law. On most Fridays, the current crop of judges (INCLUDING JUDGE MARVIN SHOOB'S DAUGHTER, ""WENDY"") and their staff members, are nowhere around the courthouse or ""Justice Center"" to be found. Never in my life have I witnessed such an arrogant, 100% ignorant, rude, abusive, nasty, and corrupt group of ALLEGED ""legal professionals""! THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SUCH THING AS THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION, CIVIL RIGHTS, HUMAN RIGHTS, HUMAN DECENCY, COMPASSION, OR ""JUSTICE"" TO BE FOUND IN FULTON COUNTY, GEORGIA! WHAT A DISGRACE! JUDGE MARVIN SHOOB, EITHER IMMEDIATELY ARREST THE HIGH SHERIFF of FULTON COUNTY FOR NOT COMPLYING WITH YOUR ORDERS, OR STOP ISSUING MEANINGLESS ORDERS THAT YOU DO NOT INTEND TO ENFORCE ON A TIMELY BASIS! CRIMINAL WARRANTS ARE ISSUED BY MAGISTRATES IN FULTON COUNTY WITHOUT ANY EVIDENCE SIMPLY BECAUSE THE JUDGES, CLERKS, ETC., FIND IT EXTREMELY PROFITABLE FOR THE LOCAL ATTORNEYS, BONDSMEN, TOWING COMPANIES, JAIL SERVICES CONTRACTORS, PROBATION OFFICERS, ETC., ETC., (WHO HAVE SECRETLY BRIBED THE MAGISTRATES and SHERIFF IN ""BACK ROOM"" DEALS). GRAND JURIES DO NOT HAVE A CLUE WHAT THE LAWS SAY, NOR HOW THEY ARE TO BE APPLIED, THE GRAND JURY MEMBERS ARE SO WOEFULLY IGNORANT THEY WOULD RETURN A ""TRUE BILL"" OF INDICTMENT AGAINST A PARKING METER ON CHARGES OF LOITERING and PANHANDLING.
