Fu Jin.......Yummm 7/3/2010

I'm from New York and I know good Chinese food. This is probably the best Chinese in the area. The food is fresh, they offer a good selection of menu items, and the food tastes pretty good. Best of all, they deliver to the homes along Highway 380 in Aubrey. I recomend the shrimp w/lobster sauce, shrimp w/snow peas, & egg foo young. We also enjoy their egg rolls & crab rangoon. Give them a try and enjoy. Rita T from Chukar Dr. in Paloma Creek more

Yay! Chinese Food 12/11/2009

While their won-ton soup could use some work, their other dishes are good, delivered quickly, and plentiful. more

Bad 1/29/2009

Won Ton Soup - Tasted like warm sesame oil and water with a few Won Tons. There was no other Veg added to this soup no cabbage no green onion. Just the brown water, which was not any kind of stock it was just light brown water that tasted of oil, I'm guessing sesame oil. Egg rolls - tasted like they were bought in frozen, as the stuffing was not very hot and was mush. Mongolian Beef - tasted like the sweat reduced with sesame oil. The meat was rubber and must have been on clearance special. Taco Bell has better quality meat. Shrimp in Lobster Sauce- l gagged, nuff said. Sesame Chicken - was actually good. However it came with a whopping 4 small pieces of broccoli. I guess the wife and I will have to Rochambeau for those. Pork Lo Mien and Fried Rice - both suffered from the same fate, no flavor. The sad thing is the texture of both was nice. It was almost as if they cooked the rice/ noodles tossed in in a wok squirted it with more of their beloved sesame oil more

Delicious Low Cholesterol Cooking! 8/28/2005

I would highly recommend Fu Jin Chinese Cuisine located in the Lakeshore Crossing Shopping Center in Little Elm, TX. The menu is very large and contains fresh, low fat, low cholesterol foods ranging from appetizers and soups to meals prepared with vegetables, pork, chicken, beef, and noodles. My favorite is the Combo Pan Fried Rice Noodle dinner which includes chicken, beef, shrimp and fresh vegetables. The employees are very friendly and open to suggestions. They were willing to change this meal for me to substitute extra chicken and shrimp in place of the beef. The prices are excellent, offering both lunch and dinner portions and the portions are large in general. The most expensive item on the menu is $11.95 and most dinner items are around $6.25-8.95. more
