Dropped off my computer to be fixed 6 weeks ago. Alll that they had to do was replace the part that plugs the charger into the computer to charge the battery. When we went back to pick up the computer, the keyboard was completely buckled and the screen has a pink tinge to the entire screen. We asked what happened and they try to fix the key board, which is still broken and tried to blame us for the screen. After screaming at every manager and customer service person that works there, they finally agreed to fix the computer 5 weeks ago.
