Frontier Wireless

Tried to talk to a custome rep in Mi about obtaining a mobile hot spot where I camp. Spanish accent so thick I could not understand her. I told her I was only interested in a hotspot for my camper and the next thing she asks is wether I would like a phone line also. I asked her if she was even listening to me and she said yes. I asked her to repeat what I said and she SLOWLY said "You only want a mobile hot spot". Then she was worried about the wiring. At that point I asked her if there were any storefronts in the area and she asked "Fronts?". At that point I told her she was not giving me that warm fuzzy feeling and I would just pay the big bucks to Verizon for a JetPack and hung up. I tried to leave a comment on the Frontier web page but guess what? A tech company with a web page that has NO "Contact Us" (unless I missed it) button. I swear they must be getting government money to stay in business. more

Oh man, don't go here if you want to get your cell phones. I been here once and they ripe me off!!! They told me they can offer me the best deal with best phones... They lied! Their deals was horrible and service was bad too!!! Oh, also they told me that the phone they sold me has a rebate of $50 dollars. They'll mail the rebate out for me....blah blah blah... 9 months later I still haven't receive my rebates. So I call the my celly company up to see what's going on. Well, Frontier Wireless never mail out my rebate form. When I call Frontier Wireless up for help, they simply told me they have mailed it out. Maybe it's lost in the mail. They are not responsible for it at all... LORD~~~~ Don't go there now! more

Oh man, this is the worse Celly store you would ever want to go. Please do not go there! Everyone is a big fat liars in there! They said they would give you the best deal offering you REBATES from celly phone company but the rebate was never send to me. The salesman told me that they would mail out my rebate form for me. (Save a stamp for me)... but really, they never send in the rebate form for me! When I went to the store to ask for my rebate form they simply said errr it's too long ago. They can't find it. If they ever find it they will call me or send to me. Which they never ever did!!! They phone variety are very limited too!!! Bad place to go!!! more
