I ordered a bouquet of lilies for my mom's birthday (I am in AZ and she is in Hawaii) and asked to have them delivered on friday (her birthday - it is wednesday now). Then my dad told me that they would be gone for her birthday...I panicked and called customer service to have the delivery changed to today...Not only did they get the flowers there today, my mom called and said that they were beautiful..no extra charge to boot!!! I thought that they were outstanding and I have found a new flower company. Can't say much about others experience but I am more than satisfied! more

The customer service I encountered was outstanding. I accidentally put the wrong delivery address for my sister. As soon as I realized I had done this, I contacted their customer service department and got it fixed. The girl I spoke to was so sweet! more

Excellent customer service and delivery from From You Flowers. My order (azalea blooming plant in a basket) arrived the next day on Saturday as promised. I highly recommend buying flowers from "From You Flowers" and send to your loved one for those special occasions. I wish other happy customers will take time to show appreciation as well. Why only negative feedback (see below) for such a good company?? more
