I had 4 brand new Trane high efficiency units (20i) installed this winter and the service, integrity and thoroughness has been more than expected from a small company. We were given the clean effects and new Slage Link thermostats with cameras installed and we are so excited to get a chance to use the cameras while we go on vacation. The job plan was managed without problems and all of my units are running great. The companies attention to detail has really made them shine above any other company we used and the install looks beautifully! This company went above and beyond and was really knowledgeable about the products they sell. They REALLY love Trane and now, so do we! They put in a brand new system in my house that was being built. Of course the first thing that was damaged was a condenser. I will order a new part as that was well over 2 years ago. I went into the acttic to spray some insulation and the ac unit came on at the same time. I went over to check it out and it was leaking. Come to find out none of the duct work was sealed. It was leaking 15% of all volume The master bedroom was not calculated correctly and every time the air came on it sounded like a plane landing. Too much air was trying to come through two 8"" openings. This was not good for the fan either. The thermostats are poor quality and not working correctly..?They never returned calls or text messages, It took me four days to repair all the duct work. I installed a large register in the master bedroom and have no trouble sleeping now. The condenser is still damaged and the thermostats will be replaced soon. And one last thing I just found they didn't even glue the drain pan plumping together it was leaking all over the floor what a poor poor job. I have pictures and documention on request. more
