PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE AVOID!! I have been going to Friendly Car Wash for over 8 years. Four days ago I had my car in for a complete detail ($99) and for an engine steam ($10). Well it rained yesterday and much to my surprise the water didn't bead anywhere on my car, not even the windshield. I called Friendly this morning & spoke to their manager, Steve, who quickly got an attitude with me, telling me his people do what they're supposed to do and that he knows for a fact that my car was waxed... Even though he has no idea what kind of car I own! Then he tries to tell me that he has no record of me being there, to which I advised I was holding a detailed written Friendly Car Wash receipt with the credit card payment receipt attached to it. He said I would need to drive all the way there for him to look at the receipt and my car and then he'd let me know what he thought. WHAT??? I'm sorry Steve but do you know anything about customer service? My entire family, my friends and people that I haven't even met yet go to Friendly, and you're treating me like some liar that wants her car waxed twice in four days?? As a manager do you have any idea of the impact of treating your customers this way? Well, here's the impact... I will NEVER bring my car or my husband's truck back to Friendly Car Wash ever again and I will tell my Hernando County family and friends about the RUDE service I received and about the way you spoke to me. You just lost a (another) good customer!
