Friendly Auto Sales - Please do not purchase any vehicle from them. I had a verbal deal with them on 9/29/13 and they said they would put a for sale sign on the truck. I was going to bring them cash Monday night to purchase it. They called me today and said that I would have to make other arrangements because they sold the truck. They do not keep their word and I am glad that I found out before I purchased it. I grew up where your word was what you stood for.\r Oddly enough, I was reading their reviews where there was more negative than positive reviews.\r Can't say you have not been warned;) more

I purchased a vehicle from them in 2010. Found out today that the car has a SALVAGED title. For anyone who doesn't know, the car was totaled at some point and then rebuilt. A new title was issued to the car so it did not show on there. I found this out today when I had the car appraised for trade-in value at another dealership. At no point in time was this information ever disclosed to us during the sale, I even went through all the sales paperwork and nothing is noted. I would not recommend them at all. more

Let me start by saying DON is the rudest person that I have ever encountered. He is a fast talking LIAR that hangs up the phone on you if you have any question after the sale is completed and SANDY is a stick up the butt just like he walk ....like something stuck up his butt. They will tell and promise you anything just for you to buy a car. My warning to everyone is if any promises are made get them in writing and please please please check with the DMV when you get your title to make sure you have a CLEAR car title. more

I bought a car from these people in October 2010. After committing to an agreed price they waffled back and forth until finally I gave in and purchased the car. ""Don"" is the rudest, most obnoxious individual I have encountered in any business transaction. The man needs serious medication and I am not exaggerating. He forgets conversations (or chooses to) never follows up and is generally a lying, sociapathic weirdo. Countless times he threatened me physically when pressed about THE JOB HE WAS SUPPOSED TO DO, ie send the spare keys, register the car, etc. My advice is to stay away from this place at all cots. They are essentialy criminals with the ironic title of ""Friendly Auto Sales"", ""Friendly"" is about as far from a appropiate description as I can think of. In particualr Don. If they paid me to take a car off their lot I wouldn't. I still have yet to recieve the promised set of keys even though I PAID CASH FOR THE CAR! Its amazing they can sell anything with all the irrate phone calls that must come in daily from customers. Dont do it! more

I purchased a Dakota from them and was relatively happy with the truck. When i was driving it home i was pulled over and told my rear right wheel was wobbling, i got out and checked the wheel and it was securely fastened. I assume at this point that it either has a bent rim (prays) or a problem with a bent axle. Hopefully not the latter. more

Don't go to this place to buy your used car,they will do everything they can to sell you a junk car and take advantage of you. ""Don""( at least thats what he said his name was... but he is a lyer!) Was extremely rude and acted like he was doing me a favor . I took my business elsewhere and was treated like a person. They sure dont live up to their name. Pros: If you like mean people your in the right place. Cons: sales people who Do Not know how to function in society more

I bought a beautiful car from here it had one problem there was a small dent which they said theyd repair and there was completely nothing wrong with the car and theyd give me a year warranty. Well since i got the car the windows roll up and down by themselves they did a HORRIFIC dent job on the car and they completely scammed me. Im in the shop every other week for this stupid car and they can never get anything done. They offer at first to take it to the auto shop across the street which is his wifes and they scam you there too. They are awful, my friend also bought a truck from there, the transmission dropped out of it a week later. These people are liars and dont believe them when they say treat you like family. PLEASE save yourself the trip over there, their cars are dirt and they paint over the smalll scratches after a few detailed washes i see new ones all the time from their fix it paint coming off. Please take my word for it, wish someone warned me .. Pros: very nice Cons: liars cons etc.. more

Friendly Auto Sales was by far one of the friendliest and most helpful car dealerships I have EVER been to. I highly reccomend their service. I didnt have very good credit, I was in hopes of getting a specific car from them. They couldnt help me get financed for that certain vehicle., but they got my approved for a very NICE 99' Ford Explorer XLS. I love it!!! They also threw in a small warranty... Which they didnt have to because the car was AS IS NO WARRANTY. They are very precise, and stay in contact. They make sure you recieve the best quality, and dont try to hassle you like every other dealership. If your looking for a Good Car at a Wonderful price.
