Above the rest 4/26/2011

I wanted to look at ford and went to Stevens Creek Ford in San Jose and was not impressed at all, they treated me badly based on my current car. I left and drove to Fremont Ford, and Jim is the man! This young man greeted us within a few minutes on the lot and was a breath of fresh air in comparison He was realistic, but a really nice guy. He was able to upgrade my little Corolla for a brand new Fusion and my monthly payments hardly went up. The test drive was comfortable enough for me to really test out the engine and finance was as smooth. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good experience. more

I felt like a valued customer 2/28/2011

I've been car shopping for the last few weeks but got fed up by thwe haggeling of salesmen but my dad took me to Fremont Ford and he assured me they won't bug me as much, no wonder because when we walked in they treated us like family it seemed like everyone knew who my dad was I wonder how much time he's spent there = /. but I have to say no one in a dealership has ever treated me so nicely, I was able to buy my first car for 0 down and a great financing plan with a 3 year warranty I could have gotten out of there in just a few hours if my dad wasnt talking up a storm with their sales manager. but I appreciate how nice everyone was to my father and me, I'll for sure be back because they remember their customers :) more

Friendly, knowledgable and attentive 1/31/2011

My wife totaled her car the other day and the insurance gave me more money than it was worth, so I thought I would give her an upgrade since she’s been so depressed about it. I went to Fremont Ford because my insurance agent recommended it to me, and they were right. This dealership is really good because they are straight to the point and don’t bother me with nonsense. I was getting really interested in the Edge especially since the salesman sold me on the safety features. I am really happy with the Edge and my wife couldn’t stop crying tears of joy. I have Fremont Ford to thank for that and they definitely have my business. more

Honestly, the best Mazda dealership ever! 1/2/2011

I always hated the mindless paperwork of financial information that will rely on your credit report anyway, I'm not sure why they have to make it so seem so pointless and mind numbing. But besides the boring part, the I really had fun with the good parts. I've been dying to get a brand new Mazda 3 I just fell in love with my old one for about 6 years, but I'm ready for an upgrade! The test drive was really fun, the car was exactly what I expected and then some! The salesman was really nice, a bit intimidating, but very friendly! When I told him I wanted the car, he gave me a deal I couldn't say no to! The monthly payment was definitely less than I can afford and my down payment was exactly what I wanted to pay! A week later I got an e-mail from them making sure if the new car and I working out! more

Very pleasant experience, efficient service 12/30/2010

I'm out of town for business quite often, so when my wife called and told me her car wouldn't start and needed a new transmission, I knew it would be good for her to get a new car. The only problem was that I was stuck in Thailand for one more week and she needed the car right away. That's when I called Fremont Ford I asked if they had a great fully loaded Taurus I wanted the blue tooth, navigation, everything. Their Sales Manager was very easy to talk to and really understood my situation and what I wanted for my wife. I had my wife go to the dealer and all she had to do was sign the paperwork. My wife called screaming with excitement, I knew I could not wait to come home! I give them 5 stars because they really deserve it. Fast, efficient service I was able to purchase the car over seas and I got the best welcome home! more

Enthusiasm, Customer Service and Great Price 12/27/2010

I am so glad I decided to stop by Fremont Mazda Ford after hearing some good things about this dealer from my parents I went in and asked for their manager who helped them out. He was very accomadting and I felt no pressure of choosing a car, I spent a few days doing some more resaerch but went back to purchase the Mazda3 I wanted, everyone was extra nice and happy to see me. I give them 5 stars for their good custoemr service and enthusiasm! more

I highly recommend this dealership 12/23/2010

It’s been a while since I bought a car, I kind of forgot what it was like. I don’t remember buying a car was this easy or maybe the last dealership I went to was a shame compared to Fremont Ford I got a great deal on a brand new Fusion and it probably took less than a couple of hours because I left my house in my old acura at about noon and came home in time to surprise my wife and kids with her new car. My wife was thrilled especially after she forced me to tell her how much it cost me. So I am very happy customer and I highly recommend this dealership. more

Very Happy with Fremont Mazda 12/23/2010

Haven’t tried the service department yet, but the sales team are great and I also got personalized help from the sales manager who was also very nice. He also seemed very nice to the salesmen, which is a plus in my book, because I know what it’s like to have a rude, unpleasant manager, I’ve been going back and forth to this dealership because I want to make the right buy especially when im spending this kind of money they have been very patient which is why I got to write this review I want people to know they are not like b those vulture salespeople and they really do genuinely seem to want you to be happy with your purchase rather than make a commission. I have to say im very happy with my new 2010 MAzda 3 and since I’ll write a re-review for the service department when I need an oil change. So thank you Fremont Mazda for dealing with my indecisive ways. more

Very professional and organized 11/30/2010

I so nervous about getting a new car because I always have such a horrendous experience. However, Fremont Mazda really made me think differently about sales people. Dan was so knowledgableand really efficient. Usually sales people are so disorganized and always running around like chickens with their heads cut off, but not here. Very professional and organized, this is now my regular dealer and I have recommended it to everyone! more

Best Price, Awesome Service 11/30/2010

I was really going to give Fremont Ford only 2 stars because the service was excellent but I thought they ripped me off. After doing a month of research, I actually found out they gave me the best price possible. I even called around ten other dealships in the area and asked them for a pricing for my Fusion to see if I could have gotten a better deal, with the warranty I got, I actually got the best price, so now they totally deserve my 5 star review. I feel bad for thinking badly of them, but I am glad I did my research because now I know where I will be going for my next car! Fremont Ford ALL THE WAY! more

Good Deal no bs 11/22/2010

I have had my car since college, a 1993 Acura Integra, but after 17 lovely years I knew it was time to find a new partner. I was on my way home from work and decided to stop by to look at a few new models of the Ford have I been eyeing for some time now. That's where I met Ben I was surprised at how easy-going he was and gave me no pressure or b.s. you would expect from any other salesmen. When I was ready to purchase the new Taurus he made buying very easy. He helped me get a loan approved and finance was pretty quick. Before I knew it, I was riding home in my new 2010 Taurus I would definitely recommend Fremont Ford more

This in reference to the excellenct service I received from Fremont Mazda. This was the frist time purchasing a Mazda. While there were a few obstacles along the way, my salesperson and the dealership was supportive and encouraging. Robert handled the deal with care and provided insightful words regarding my credit score and trade in. He was courteous to my family as we toiled over the decision to purchase the car. Helpfull Staff, No Hassles 8/29/2010

Jim and the rest of the staff at Fremont Ford was extremely helpful during the recent purchase of my new Fusion Hybrid. I also got an excellent trade in offer on my car. I have been doing business with Fremont Ford for several years and have found their sales and service staff to be very friendly and efficient. It is also a great location and very close to my house in Newark, not to mention they have a great inventory of new Fords to pick from. more

straight car buying 5/31/2010

I tend to have the most horrendous experience whenever I buy a car, but it’s a necessity when you drive sixty miles to work. five days a week. However, Dan totally changed that for me! He was so chill and did not pressure me or rush me, I’m kind of anal when it comes to big purchases, but this time around it wasn’t so bad. Finance was typical though because my bank sucks, but I am now a very happy owner of a Mazda 3 Overall, I’d recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a straight car buying experience! more

My Lease Return 5/31/2010

Last week I got an e-mail reminding me that my lease is expiring, which I thought was pretty nice. I sent an e-mail back and got a list of vehicles with pictures that was in my budget I never thought buying a car could be this easy. I then went to the dealership and the people were really friendly they even offered to get me some coffee which was nice too. After I test drove the Fusion it fit my budget and needs, I really liked the fact that I didn’t have to walk around the dealer forever loking at cars and their information. Everything was all ready for me and all I had to do was go to finance which was surprisingly painless they really helped me out to make the financial arrangements. Bravo to Fremont Ford more

Helpful Staff, Super good car. 4/30/2010

I cannot begin to explain how hepful Dave was with this purchase. Both my wife and I had no stress in making this deal, because D made it so easy for us. He was straight forward easy going and anserwed all of our concerns. He did most of the work while we were at home, which was great. When we finally got to the dealership he had a few different options on cars to drive and look at. He let us take our time and drive different cars until we decided on the Escape. This was by far the smoothest purchase of a vehicle I've ever had. All the folks were great, I got exactly what I wanted, and the bathroom was clean! The salesman,gave me more than ample time and attention during this purchase. more
