We gave this rating because right from our initial contact with Fremont Ford, to our negotiations with and the financing wrap up with Fabian, we were treated with the utmost courtesy. In addition, the information we were initially given regarding makes/models/costs and estimated payments was spot-on accurate. There was no high pressure. Each person we dealt with went out of their way to make sure we got the vehicle that best suited our needs. We got a fantastic deal, We highly recommend Fremont Ford, Newark. more

great deal 4/2/2012

Jim, coolest guy ever. thanks for a great deal on my Mazda3 Skyactiv. couldn't be happier with the car. He let me test drive two different models, just to compare the Skyactiv engine with the normal 2.0l one. Made my first car buying experience a good one more

Knowledgeable techs, super service 4/2/2012

I bought my truck here and have always taken it to Fremont for its service, maintenance, and questions. The team here is personable and very helpful. I have worked with Rob who I strongly recommend to all consumers who choose Fremont Ford. He takes his time in understanding your concerns with your automobile and explaining the procedure and results. The service tech who was also very personable took time to ride in my truck to make sure we were talking about the same thing. more

YEAH BUDDY!!!!!!! Best dealership ive been too. Guys are cool here and don’t judge you they just really treat you like family didn’t have to wait for finance and all the paperwork was explained so easily thateven I understood what was going on. These guys make buying a car easy and take the time to make sure you understand and make sure you get what you want very nice people highly recommend more

Fremont mazda – mazda3 2/4/2012

I almost bought at Altima over the weekend and I am so glad I didn’t. I felt pressured and manipulated when I went the grind at the Nissan store in san jose on stevens creek. I do not agree with people who say that sales people are like vultures, vultures only attack dead things. I stopped by fremont mazda on my way to the in laws and to my greatest surprise drove away in a mazda3. I didn’t have to email all of the dealers in the area or spend 5 hours on the lot. I dealt with Danny and he was honest upfront and cordial. I can safely recommend Fremont Mazda to all mazda shoppers. more

recommend the internet department 2/4/2012

I sent an email to three ford dealerships in my area. Stevens creek ford, fremont ford and the store in morgan hill. I am still waiting for the reply from the ford on the creek, and when I went to the one in morgan hill it was not as the commercial on tv lead me to believe – if by “the store that gives you more” they mean you get more and more frustrated as you stick around than they hit their mark. The only decent help and price I was able to find was fremont ford. I went there after morgan hill because on the internet it states that they are in Newark, and I thought it was far from San Jose, but Newark is just one more exit after fremont. To make the long story short I had price in hand, I was there Thursday night about 5, I was driving the new focus at 7:30. I was a cash customer and did not have a trade as my car was deemed total loss, so this could have sped up the process, but nevertheless I spent what I wanted and didn’t waste too much time. I recommend the internet department at fremont ford. I dealt with Farel and Fabian – A+ more

Good experience with mazda sales 1/4/2012

I called about a used Mazda3 and the sales personnel were straight up and did not play games. The prices were reasonable and same as we discussed on the phone. I have purchased a used vehicle in the past and dealing with the salesman was a nightmare, this was similar to carmax. I cannot speak for service, but this is a good place to buy a car. more

Service review 1/3/2012

My faith in dealer service departments is renewed thanks to the outstanding service by fremont ford. They were honest, told me what services I needed and didn't and instead of up-selling me, actually lowered my costs by 30%! Also the work finished exactly in the time they said it would, one hour. I put off service just because I don't like dealerships, but they changed my mind. more

Effortless purchase, thanks fremont ford 10/1/2011

I seriously visited five other Ford dealerships and in the end this was the only dealership that came through with the colors and options I wanted. They are a little far from where I live, but it was totally worth the drive because the monthly are more reasonable than the number other dealers came up with. If they weren’t so knowledagble and easy to work with, I would have never gotten the car I wanted. more

Great Deal 7/28/2011

We recently bought a new car from Fremont Mazda. Not only did they have to get the car from another dealership, they delivered it to my house the same day. the sales person was incredibly knowledgable and worked with us to find the perfect mazda 3. I’m thrilled and based on the great deal that we got, so was my wife. more

Fremont Ford – recommended 7/28/2011

It’s been a while, but my wife and I were looking for a great first car for our sixteen year old. We met with a lot of salesmen and Gary was by far the best. He was very professional, patient, and committed to finding the right car for our son. He took us around and looked at half a dozen models, he was very enthusiastic about safety, which was our first concern. Nonetheless, my son loves the car and we feel comfortable with him in it. I recommend this man to anyone looking for the best car suited for them. more

I won't go into the gruesome details, but let's just say that the purchase of this car was fraught with difficulties. Jim guided us through the car-buying process with incredible grace when I was overwhelmed with numerous outside problems. Now that everything has settled down, we get to be grateful to Fremont Ford for our new Fusion. more

We have worked with Jim for many years. He has to be one of the best salesmen in COUNTY. We’ve recommended him to many friends and acquaintances and every one we contact with mentions his unbelievable professionalism and dedication to every one of their needs. He advised them on how to best go through finance and suggests the best model for each person, and if you have a certain car in mind, he definitely goes out of his way to find that car you’re looking for. I don't think Jim ever stops working becuase his cell phone is accessible 24/7. more

Honest Dealer, Good Sales Staff 5/23/2011

The Mazda 2 was the first thing that caught my eye. So I googled the car with my zip code and Fremont Mazda popped up it was the closest one to my house which is awesome because I realized this is the best dealership I have ever been to. The salesmen were straight to the point and promised what they offer. THE FIRST IN CAR BUYING HISTORY! 5 stars just because everything they said came through in the end. more
