I have shopped all dealers in town and NO ONE comes close to the service and professionalism of Freedom RV. I recommend that everyone visit Freedom RV before making an RV purchase.

So sad...went to purchase a travel trailer today as we found our ""space"" and all we got from ""the owner"" was games. Found two we liked...he would not give us a price. He wanted us to make an offer. Too bad he didn't know we had cash! Would never recommend this business due to the juvenile tactics and unprofessional owner. PS..we purchased a travel trailer later today and are so happy. Stay away from FREEDOM RV! See you at Cactus Country where we will be sharing our bad experience with our new neighbors! more

After our purchase we had some issues with the trailer that we purchased, but Freedom worked hard, especially Brad and the service team, to fix the problems and make it right. One piece of advice, if you are purchasing a used item, insist on a pre-buy inspection so that it will be fully up to spec when you get it. It is worth the additional charge. more

Be Careful 7/10/2013

Buyer beware. If you are buying something from them used, be sure to go over it with a fine tooth comb. The sold me a camper with a blown water heater and want me to pay to fix it. They didnt even want to repair a tear in the tent on it until I told them it was a deal breaker. I'm sure if it had been an expensive RV they would have treated me better, but as it was I felt like a second class citizen. Good luck if you go here to buy, be careful or have lots of money. more

Mr. Hausmann in finance has been outstanding. He was diligent in sending us any documentation that we needed. He also followed up with phone calls to ensure that we understood everything and asking us if we had any questions. more

Above and beyond 4/17/2012

We found your service department booked solid. Brad White the manager looked at the problem and saw that it was a snapped bolt he said he could fix in a few minutes. He did and we were on our way. Thank you for the outstanding service and for going above and beyond to get us on the road! more

First trip on the Maiden Voyage 3/26/2012

I have booked my first out of town trip to St David. This will be the maiden voyage of the good ship RV. So far I have setup trips with many of my friends and family members who have RVs and meet at various locations. We are looking forward to our first trip and every trip after that. Again thanks. more
