These people have horrible manners and customer service. When someone is not satisfied and is very polite in asking for color or a cut to be fixed, you should be a graceful woman and correct it. Not intentionally mean, evil, disgraceful, and tacky! People are paying YOU for a certain service and salon experience, and your salon is seriously lacking. I have a lot of friends, and you get the point that they will know about my personal experience. I don't care how many years this salon has been in service, get your stylists or management in check.
