I was completely satisfied with my service experience @ Fred Haas Toyota.

Worst

I brought in my 2021 Toyota Supra and their tech damaged my airbag cover, broke connectors because he has no idea what he was doing. Instead of owning up to it, he claimed that th...

awesome!! 6/29/2010

We test drove the car, he looked at the trade in and did the numbers. The numbers were better then we were looking for, and we did not even have to counter. However we did and he gave us free window tint. Either way it was an awesome deal and an easy process more

Talk about car buying made easy. We dealt with Lomax as our sales guy and he was the easiest and most efficient Sales Person you could ask for. more

Test drive heaven 12/4/2005

I had a certificate that would afford me a 50.00 gift card from Home Depot if I would go and do a "test drive" at any Toyota dealership. The closest dealership to me is Fred Haas..I went in and was approached by a sales rep as soon as I got out of my car. When I told the rep that I was really not interested in purchasing a vehicle, that I only wanted to do the test drive so that I could redeem the coupon for the gift card. Well the smile was wiped right off that poor little man's face once he found out that he was not going to get any money out of me. He took the voucher and took it into the office. I waited around for a few minutes, drinking their coffee and eating a muffin, and he finally came out with the voucher signed. I did not even have to do a test drive at all. What an enjoyable experience. more

Lots of Salespeople around (that can be good and bad) 8/6/2005

Fred Haas has tons of vehicles and follow the standard Toyota incentives and deals. It's sometimes hard to work with the normal sales advisers, but if you can talk with someone in Fleet Sales or a Sales Manager you should have better luck. Make sure you do your homework before you go in, because like all car dealers they will not blink an eye to sell you a car at the sticker price when you could have got a much better deal with a little haggling. This can take some time at Fred Haas though so make sure your prepared for a few hours in the dealership. more
