Amazing. We were 8 minutes late for our reservation and they gave away our table. Then the owner scolded us in front of other patrons and wait staff when we explained that our cab...

My husband and I ate dinner at Fratelli la Bufala and loved it. We started wih the smoked mozzarella pizza which tasted just like the pizza we ate in Rome. Next we ordered the caprice mozzarella, also very good. For our main course we ordered the pasta which was cooked al dente, exactly how pasta should be cooked, it was delicious. For desert we ordered the cannoli, which happens to be my favorite desert, it was also delicious. Last but not least, the service was great, Ivano was attentive and professional. Larry, the manager, was friendly and charming and made me feel like I was amongst family, yes, I too am Italian. My husband and I are definitely going back. See you soon. more

Service was great. Buffalo steak was great. Caprese salad was great. Lasagna was overdone. I would go again just wouldn't have the lasagna. more

Their pizza is excellent (the best pizza you are going to have in Miami bar far), their antipasto superb but for me the most memorable item at Fratelli La Bufala is their buffalo mozzarella. It is fresh, sweet and salty - and juicy to perfection. It melts in your mouth and together on the pizza with fresh basil is the perfect representation of everyday Italian food in the city. more

Went to eat the famous pizza at Fratelli. Expected to be wowed and that was definately not what happened. The Parma pizza was just average, the pizza looked like it was soaked and the dough tasted like wet under-seasoned dough. I mentioned it to the server and he said that its their signature mussarella that does that. more

Nice service and crowd. But food was really disappointing. My pizza was soggy! I couldn't even hold up the slice. And quite tasteless, as was my friend's lasagna. A shame: I wanted to like this place. more

It's all about casual dining and pizza at Fratelli La Bufala....if you are looking for more from this simple neighborhood restuarant, than you're probably not going to be satisfied. \r \r We've enjoyed each of their authentic pizzas during multiple visits (we prefer Sunday afternoons before the 'night stalkers' begin to roam the streets of SoBe). If the weather is right, we often take a table outside in the shade and people watch with a glass of while wine - don't mind the traffic noise.\r \r Carla is a favorite server, the tall Italian, whose charm and brilliant smiles always adds 'spice' to the dining experiences. \r \r Prices are in line with similar locations in SoBe (not cheap, but acceptable).\r \r Worth a try if you've never been there and worth returning if you have the time.! more

We were a party of 4 and had to wait for a table as the place was packed with patrons. It was difficult to tell who was our waiter. However when he finally came he was charming and very Italian. It helped that I speak the language but was frustrating to one of the guests in my party. That is until the food came, it was no disappointment. The food was wonderful, the wine superb, and the service excellent. Bellisimo!!!!! more

Nothing in the World that hits all my points in food better than pizza. Not far down on the list is Calzone. A New York pizza lover at heart, I had my first Calzone there, so I judge also others by this standard. Fratelli la Bufala, is one of best I had. The joy is they travel well.... more

I was very disappointed in the quality of food. I was out to eat with 4 friends we each ordered different pasta dishes. Everyone in my party was disappointed on different levels. The pasta's were sub par at best. Even the child of eleven years old stated the pasta tasted funny. This being mothers day I would expect the quality would be superb. This I would find to be just a pipe dream. Overpriced and under qualified I will never dine here again. On a good note, the wait staff was friendly and accommodating. This I believe is to substitute for the inadequate food. Everyone has toake a living right? I wish I would have dined somewhere else. (Live and learn) more

Pizzas and wine selection is excellent. Valet Parking is free! Across the road at China Grill it's $15. So great value. Loved it. more

my wife and i had the house salad which was ok, we had the buffalo mozz, with bruschetta which both was very good but the best was the pizza, we got the white with ham. mushroom , and it was outstanding, the dough was the best i ve had in a long time, the restaurant itself is small but there is seating outside but it was to cold to sit last night, this was our 2 times there and look foward to going again, very good you'll love it, more

Fratelli la Bufala is a cozy neighborhood Italian place a block off Ocean Blvd. The anti pasta platter we shared was fantastic. The prices are reasonable and the service is friendly. more

I had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant this evening. I enjoyed the meal completely: good pasta, excellent dessert, and competent and friendly service. The food matched the food I have had in Italian homes prepared by excellent cooks. The only adverse comment i have is that I would have preferred the pasta cooked for one minute longer. I hope to return soon! more

I really wanted to like this place. The menu looked excellent and the food smelled great. The food was in fact very good, once we got a server to take our order. Unfortunately we seemed to have been seated in a blind spot in the restaurant. We literally didn't know who our server was until she came and refilled our water at near the end of the meal and then brought our check (with a tip already added). Had to ask for bread, because it was not brought out when it should have been. It consequently came at the same time as our food. Had to hunt down our own salt and pepper because our waitress was nowhere to be found. We sat right next to a couple who got much better service than us, which only seemed to highlight how poor our service was as we watched them get and enjoy their meal and actually have a conversation with their server. This was an annoying dining experience and I would NOT recommend this restaurant. more
