I've been a loyal customer of Francoise for 8 years. Getting a facial from her is such a treat! She takes great pride in her work as well she should! Francoise's facials are relaxing and she takes such care in being gentle yet extremely thorough in cleansing your skin. I had made the mistake of trying out a ""professional"" facial at an expensive spa up in Napa (re: girls weekend and peer pressure) once many years ago and I vowed that I would never do it again. I only trust my facials to Francoise. She is also such a delightful person and she makes the whole experience so enjoyable. You have a fan in me!!! Wow. I didn't think that places like this existed anymore. Francoise really takes care of you. Her salon is very comfortable and clean. YOU are the focus. Francoise was very thorough in my cleaning, but my skin looked and felt great when I left. I was so relaxed. So glad that I found her. (And she is such a neat person!) Francoise has managed to incorporate all of the elements of relaxation. Whether it's just a facial you're looking for or an interesting look into your present and future with her famous dead on tarot card readings. I always feel wonderful after I visit, Francoise, whether it be for a facial, waxing, lash tinit or tarot reading. Francoise is a dear woman who knows the elements of beauty and can be very insightful about life. more
