Fox's Pizza Den

Ordered a big daddy pizza with not just cheese, but extra cheese...and not just extra cheese, BUT EXTRA EXTRA CHEESE. When the pizza was delivered there were 6 pieces with not a single shred of cheese on them literally and 3/4 of the pizza had barely any cheese on it al all. It did not slide or shift to other pieces. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! On top of that it took an hour and 15 min. to get the pizza. I called right away to let them know what was wrong and the girl who answered the phone said she'd have another one sent up. When it got here I showed the delivery guy all the pieces with no cheese and he said well sometimes it shifts and the dough just makes it so the cheese runs off....A TOTAL CROCK. This was a pizza ordered with XTRA XTRA Cheese. This is totally unacceptable. And get this>>>>The delivery guy asked for the other pizza back!!!??? How unprofessional! He also said that the manager just laughed when he heard someone called to complain. My family was starving so we ate what few pieces had some cheese on it. And he said that the manager wanted it back??? Totally unprofessional, horrible customer service, you don't get what you pay for. Good luck with the Fox's Pizza Den in Franklin Pa. :( more

The owner is rude and nasty. we ordered food and did not get the soda. we were then told they would bring it to us we had to call them several times then we're told that they had paying customers well I paid for my soda otherwise I would not have got my food delivered to so apparently they like to ripoff of thier customers by not giving them their full orders and they can't refund the money because we prepaid by a card warning! Warning! And this is not the first time they have done this. never order from them if unless you want to be stolen from and I don't about you but I work hard for my money just for someone to steal from my family we don't have lot to order that often and for them to treat us like that was nasty thanks for turning our family treat into a nightmare never again will I order from there. more

Seriously. I eat here all the time. Food always tastes great. Great service too. We have never gotten bad or "spoiled" food. She does require her employees to work though! more

I wouldn't eat at Rochelle's Family Rest./Fox's Pizza Den. The owner serves food that is expired and sometimes dropped on the floor and still served to patrons. The oil she uses for fried foods is old and is not covered at night so the dead flies that hang from the grill can drop in at any time. Cheese is sometimes moldy and the pizza dough is so old it no longer forms. Pizza makings are left uncovered at night for any known rat or mouse that hides within the old buildings can munch on. I wouldn't eat there!!! more
