anonymous2522 I TOTALLY agree 100% with you! I can't believe that you've had the EXACT same bad experiences as we have had. I'm sorry :( good tenants deserve so much better from their landlord. We put up with the worse neglect from Foxboro possible. We have been living with a horrible mold problem for the past year (they refused to take care of it) and a horrifying ant/insect infestation issue on top of it we dealt with all year. Again, they refused to handle this problem as well. I have plenty of photos to prove it, too. It's just sad landlords like this are able to house good tenants. They should, by laws of karma, be stuck renting to people just as lazy and horrible as themselves.\r more

Best Rental Management Team 10/7/2011

Let's start from the beginning - the very first time I called Foxboro was after I was driving around and saw an attractive home and I saw the Foxboro sign posted on the lawn. It was a nice, bright blue sign that I had seen elsewhere and I thought they must be a reputable company because I've seen their sign on other places before. So, I called the number and right away a pleasant woman answered the phone and knew details about the place I was interested in and we set up a viewing for the next day. I met with a man who also knew great details and I saw the place and he gave me an application. I applied and got approved and signed their lease and now I can't wait to move in! more

Rent through somewhere else 3/23/2011

I only give them one star becuase you have to choose one, they don't even deserve the one star. Unfriendly staff, especially maintenance personel. Worst rental experience ever. They don't respond to your concerns/or complaints. Plowing in the winter is horrible to say the least, mowing in the summer is rare. Let anyone rent from them, feeling of unsafeness in your own home. more
