Rent does not inlcude garbage removal and regular city water. Which they dont tell you upfront. You have to pay that on top of Gas (heat & hot water), electric, cable, internet, and a one time ""move in"" fee of $250 and a one time pet fee of $300. more

This complex is layed out nicely where residents have adequate parking. The apartments are pretty good in size and the grounds are kept clean. The location is really good, not far from the mall. more
