I am writing to tell you how pleased I am with the excellent work Maurice Campeau did as project manager for the renovations to my Boston condo at ###commercial St!\r Last December I had extensive water damage from a drain malfunction on the roof of my building. This was a devastating loss and I did not know where to turn. Because I had such a positive experience in working with Mr. Campeau when your company performed work in our building a few months before, I called him for advice. I was excited when he said your company would accept the job and that he would personally overs the work.\r Mr. Campeau took charge of the project and managed the work from beginning to end. He attended to every detail and saw that the work was performed up to his standards. He was also able to advise me where a question arose as to choice of paint color and other design issues. What a relief to not have to worry about supervising workmen and coordinating their schedules.\r The job is now complete and I couldn’t be happier with my newly renovated home! I could not be more unhappy with our recent home construction project. ""Unprofessional"" would be a kind word for these people. They over promise and under deliver. They have absolutely no concept of what a ""schedule"" actually is. The workmanship is substandard at best; and frankly dangerous at its worse. They really could care less about the end result—just trying to maximize their profit margin at the expense of consumers. I suspect the reviews written below are written by Sandcastle. Perhaps the MA Attorney General should follow the lead of the NY Attorney General in the way false reviews are handled? more
