I went here ONCE,for a blow out. I will NEVER go again.Although when I booked my appointment,the lady that answered the phone was friendly, as was other stylists there,the woman that gave me a ""blow out"" (if that is what you want to call it) had NO idea what she was doing. Ive been getting blow outs for YEARS,and figured it's probably one of the most BASIC,elementary skills a stylist would know, but the woman that I went to was HORRIBLE. She had no idea what she was doing...I could have done what she did at my home...I wanted volume at the roots,and a ""sleek"", finished look,but she proceeded to just blow dry my hair. No seperating it into chunks,no blowing my roots AWAY from my head to create volume....she ripped the brush through my hair,as i watched all my hair fly around my head,(none of it was secured with a clip,as to keep it sleek and from turning out frizzy). In fact, she blew my hair FLAT to my scalp after i specifically told her I wanted volume at the crown. I actually started to cry out of frustration,since Ive had blow outs for YEARS and have never witnessed this type of ""kindergarten styling"" of my hair. ...This is a BASIC skill, and when it was apparant that I was alarmed at her lack of skill, she actually became rude with ME!She rolled her eyes,huffed and puffed,you know, the usual passive/aggressive,unprofessional behavior...And when we were finished, (I had to go home and fix what she did with hot rollers,and ended up just wearing my hair pinned up for the night)she again just rolled her eyes,and just walked away,didnt say she was sorry or even said thank you...It was like I was the one who did something wrong... Its bad when you get bad service,but it's inexcusable when the stylist gets mad at the client when THEY cant do their job....And again, a blow out, is the simplest,most basic thing to give...i get them ALL THE TIME!!! Never go there...too bad the stylist that screwed up my hair ruins the rep of the salon and the rep of the owner,in an area that needs a good one. ;-(

Cons: They cant style hair!
