Outstanding! 10/8/2010

This place is truly second to none. I recently spent a much needed weekend at The Four Seasons. Could not have had a more relaxing enjoyable time. The poolside service was superb. Our server Rene made our saturday afternoon memorable. I have only ever heard and now i know! I will be back...Can i move in? more

Four Seasons 12/16/2008

Very nice hotel. Definitely one of the better ones in Las Vegas. The Staff is very friendly and the rooms are spacious (even for a regular room). more

Bruised! 5/16/2008

Not one to moan, but my birthday present was a three-hour getaway to the Four Seasons Spa in Las Vegas where we have a second home and love to spend some time there tapping into the spa scene. Space is lovely as cited by others. But I had a massage that left one side of my back black and blue from the base of my neck to my tailbone. The treatment was a little rougher than expected and I asked the therapist to lighten up on my other side. Within a day, the bruising appeared. Never had that happen to me anywhere before. I won't be back! more

An Oasis in Vegas 11/20/2006

When I heard about it -- a Four Seasons that occupies a number of floors in the Mandalay Bay hotel -- it sounded odd, and I wasn't sure if the hotel would have the same feel as other Four Seasons hotels. My doubts disappeared as soon as I stepped out of the taxi into the quiet, smoke free, slot-machine free lobby. I probably appreciated the service and the amenities of the Four Seasons in Las Vegas more than in any other city. After a few crazy nights, I seriously NEEDED chilled cucumbers for my eyes while I was laying at the pool. Pros: Privacy Cons: Price more

The Best! 10/17/2006

I am so pleased to say that the staff at The Four Seasons could NOT have been more pleasant. We had such a lovely time there. The room was spotless and very comfortable. We had 2 parcels delivered from out of town during our stay and they were delivered to our room in a timely manner. \r \r Every staff member we had contact with was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The housekeeping staff was top notch - very attentive to the room and very thoughtful with the turndown service. Each evening our bed was turned down, lights dimmed - and soft music and lovely video's of nature were tuned in on the very large plasma television awaiting our return to the hotel. \r \r The concierge was helpful to arrange meals, suggest restaurants, give directions and arrange transportation. The staff was truly friendly, from the General Manager to the kind man who was busily painting miniscule scuff marks on the baseboards in the hallway. \r \r Room service was wonderful and extremely prompt. The meals we enjoyed were all perfectly prepared. The fresh flowers and special touches to room service did not go unnoticed. \r \r The valet service was very nice. The staff was attentive and professional. I made special notice that all staff members addressed us by name whenever they could. \r \r ""Thoughtful"" would be the word I would use to sum up our experience at the Four Seasons. Yes, the hotel is very pretty, the rooms are well appointed, the lobby is comfortable and well decorated...but is was truly the people at the Four Seasons who made our stay so very pleasant. The staff seemed sincerely interested in our comfort. It was so refreshing to have such a lovely experience. \r \r The Four Seasons was the antithesis of a hotel with a poorly trained or disorganized staff. No matter where we stay from now on, my husband and I will forever hold hotel experiences up against The Four Seasons in Las Vegas...It will be extremely hard for a hotel to measure up! Pros: The Staff! Cons: Leaving to come home! more

Best vacation ever 5/30/2006

This was the best hotel stay we have EVER had. We stayed with our dughter who was 14 months at the time. I was nervous to bring her but it was wonderful. The pool was quiet and the entire staff was beyond kind. I will never stay anywhere else in Vegas. Pros: Great service, Many ammenities more

Impeccable Service 4/29/2004

This is for Verandah, the restaurant -- the service is unmatched by anything in my experience. We arrived after breakfast hours, but they were happy to accommodate us and prepare breakfast. Every desire was met in an unobtrusive and attentive way. They even brought a special plate of chocolates because it was my mom's birthday. Best service in Vegas, without question. The outdoor setting is delightful and relaxing. Pros: Outstanding Service, Attentive, Friendly more

Outstanding Service 1/3/2004

We spent 7 nights at the Four Seasons in one bedroom suite. The suite was in impeccable condition and occupied over 800 sq. ft. We purchased an additional room for our family and were pleased with the size and maintenance of the room. We were traveling with our children and we all were treated exceptionally well. There was no request that was not met by the eager staff. The resort is quiet and relaxing. You have the best of both worlds with Four Seasons - access to a casino and a good nights rest without hearing the bustle of sin city in your hallway. The price may be higher than the others, but the resort is well worth it, especially when you factor in the ammenities - complimentary poolside cabanas, evian spritzes by the pool, access to a fitness facility with better than average equipment, etc. Pros: service, serenity, ammenities Cons: price more

First Class 1/29/2003

First Class all the way with the only civilised afternoon tea in the city. Pros: not crowded, air is breathable, afternoon tea Cons: pricey, not for everyone more

Very nice, but did not meet expectations 12/30/2002

The Four Seasons' Hotel was recommended to us by our travel agent, since it met the needs we were looking for. First of all, the Four Season's is not a hotel. It's the top four floors of the Mandalay Bay hotel/casino, but with a separate entrance. The lobby, gardens and pool area were very well maintained and very pleasant. However, the room (a standard room) was very small, just fairly maintained and looked well used. The service was mixed, most was efficient and polite, but some came with attitude. Overall, a very nice 3 star facility with 4 star attitude and prices. Pros: gardens/pool area, location, view Cons: overpriced, concierge, room size/maintenance more

PEACE & QUIET HERE 7/13/2002

The ""cons"" listed below were because we stayed here as a family with our 2 kids. The fact that there were very, very few families made it a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Don't stay here if you want the ""stereotypical"" Vegas vacation. It was magnificent!!! Pros: service, location, amenities Cons: older crowd, businessmen, few families more
