Four Oaks Personal Care Home was originally a retirement community for the Sisters of Mercy.
Today, the campus is comprised of three separate homes located in a park-like setting with gazebos, picnic areas and private drives.
Residents are offered a variety of activities that include numerous game leagues, ice cream socials, birthday parties, sing-along, monthly festivals, summer picnics, Steeler parties, and spiritual services. Space can also be made available for families wishing to have private birthday celebration
Elizabeth's Home has a twenty five resident capacity. Hospice services are available. We have a large great room with cathedral ceiling, and a Chapel. Home-cooked meals are served to residents. Elizabeth's Home has a twenty five resident capacity. Hospice services are available.
Aaron's Cottage & Francine's Home both have a capacity for sixteen residents each in a home-like setting. Each residence has two living rooms, a full kitchen, dining room and laundry. Three home-cooked meals are provided each day. Food can be served by staff or family style. Each home has a private deck where residents can relax and enjoy fresh air and nature. All furniture is provided. However, the option is available for residents to bring their own bedroom furniture.

The safety of our residents is a priority at Four Oaks. We provide supervision and assistance with all activities,including showering and bathing when needed. All buildings have fire safety systems. And most importantly,our staff is always available and responsive to resident's needs.

Four Oaks is family friendly! Visiting hours are from 9 AM to 9 PM,unless other arrangements are made. Visits by family pets are also welcome.
