Word of advice, do not live here. This ""management"" team, is pretty much a joke. \r \r Our $900 rent check was lost in the drop box a few months after moving in. We were blamed by the management for not paying rent and threatened with late fees and eviction if we didn't pay again. Upon showing the carbon copy of the check we wrote, I was basically called a liar and told I could have made that copy up that day. We were forced to pay a stop payment fee on the check because they wouldn't cover that for their mistake. They somehow never have an answer when challenged though, and stammered around when I asked why the box people put tens of thousands of dollars in is not under video surveillance. If it were, they could have simply rolled the tape back to the exact date and time I dropped off our payment and see me doing so. Their story then changed to someone could have stolen the check out of the box. Sounds like a security issue to me... still your problem. \r \r When we (finally) moved out, our apartment was spotless and everything was returned to the office in perfect order. We were charged our entire deposit for ""professional cleaning,"" plus additional fees for keys we ""never returned."" Upon dropping off my keys before leaving, I asked if there was anything I needed to sign to confirm that I had turned in all the keys I was issued, and was told no. When confronted with bogus fees, I alluded to our previous conversation (where they have no record of anything as far as I can tell) and the fees were immediately removed. It took about two weeks of getting blown off on the phone for me to get an answer about what exactly required professional cleaning in the apartment...there was none. After being enough of a pest to them, I was promised my full refund would be in the mail in 30 days. 30 days later we sit and I have yet to receive a penny from them. But don't worry, I haven't forgotten. Blow me off a few more times and I will show up in your office unannounced, expecting my check. \r \r If you're looking for mediocre accommodations, overpriced rent, horrific management and bogus fees, this is the place for you!!\r more

Do not move. I've never met anybody more greedy and money hungry. Recently moved to lower \r Level apt because my mom will be having hip surgery. They wanted us to pay $110 for someone to clean behind us. After we cleaned. We got that knocked but was told we had to pay past due rent from 2 months ago. When we bring proof that we paid we get the run around and can't get a hold of the manager to get it fixed. Oh and the apt we moved into wasn't even fully cleaned more

I actually miss Margie and the old staff. Yeah, they sucked.. but these new people are TERRIBLE. This apt was recently bought by a CA based company and they don't care about a thing. If you are a current resident and they are getting $$ from you already, you aren't their worry anymore and they could care less about any problems you have with your apt. They only act like they care until you sign that lease with them. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The new managers Gretchen and Hope are useless and NOT customer service oriented.. only care about the money even if it involves screwing residents over. This place will prob go bankrupt in ten years due to the poor communication and customer service skills. You can hear everything going on in surround apts -- very cheaply built. Again, DO NOT move here.. that is if u want a pleasant living experience, b/c u won't get that here. Total disappointment and can't wait to move out!! So many nice apts around here for this expensive price. I can find a 3 bedroom nice apt for the price of my 1 BR here. more

Don't let the amenities fool you. Mold and mildew abound. You can hear the people walking around upstairs along with any one going up and down the outside steps at all hours of the night. You will never know when maintenance is in your apartment because you do not receive a notice. Paying a hefty penalty to get out of the lease early including cable and internet for two months after I'm gone. Enough said. more

The staff is very rude!!! Margie Johns is one of the worst and unpleasant individual's I have ever met!!! I can't even go to the pool and lay out without her approaching me on who I am and what apartment I live in. Daily!!! At some point I would like to lay by the pool in peace since I am paying over $1,000 a month to live here!!!! I have never lived in a place I feel more unwelcome!! I regret signing a lease to live here!!! If you want to live in a place you can consider your home. SEEK RESIDENCE ELSEWHERE more
