So this place gets great reviews but we haven't seen the food match the praise. The first time we got the walnut shrimp, vegies, and a chow fun noodle dish. I've eaten Chinese food in Vancouver and San Francisco so I think I have pretty good taste. Since we are both vegitarians we were sure to ask ""is there meat in this?"" we don't want meat. the chow fun dish came, looked okay but there was meat... hidden under the noodles, lurking behind the vegies. the shrimp were good though. the second time we went just a few days ago, we ordered the shrimp, eggplant and the special tofu dish. This time the walnuts shrimp weren't cooked well enough to take the cornstarch taste out, the tofu was way salty, and the eggplant was inconsistently cooked, some pieces were raw others overcooked.. do yourself a favor and miss this place, if you are a vegitarian, want well cooked food and have a poor salt tolerance. go to china town instead.
Pros: big bar, lots of meat dishes that might be okay
Cons: undercooked food, occasional waiter that doesn't understand english,
