No Care of others!!!!!\r \r While having my morning coffee and looking out the window this morning I get to see every new car owner’s favorite thing. Get to watch one of the Forever Green employees with a leaf blower pack on hit my new truck. He hit my new truck with the metal pack a couple times. I walk out hoping not to see any damage but there are a couple big scratches. There is even grease from his pack smeared on my paint. Don’t forget the whole truck is covered in leaf mess. After thinking, well he is just trying to do his job and maybe was not paying attention I decided to call their office. When I called they said they would not even try to help me out and get it fixed. No help at all. I would not recommend these people if you have anything you care about that they will be working around. I am have never written a review on line before this but was just so discouraged by how little they cared or was willing to help. more

POOR Service. We own a well known Charleston business and used FG for about 3 months. The service was below sub-par. Landscaping was rushed through and I never saw the same guys working twice. After talking with a few different workers, I learned they have a DAILY turn-over rate due to mistreatment by the owner and upper management. He hires and fires daily! He has great people answering the phones, but after much digging I realized the owner is not a person worth giving my business too. There are too many other great companies to choose from in this area. As a local business owner, I realize the value of employee loyalty. more

This company is such a joke! I have worked for this company and let me tell you they cheap out on everythig and will charge you for stuff we don't ever perfrom. The owner michael is a coke head and is retarted and his managment team doesn't know what the hell they are doing, they are all running that place into the ground and let me tell you the opp manager Steve is also a joke and doesn't know what the F*$k he is doing. They under pay all there employes and treat them like trash I worked there for about 6 months and they must have we thru atleast 40 people during my time there. they are hands down the worst land scaping company on the east coast! I give them a few more years untill that company crumbles apart, So stay away from there bull $hit more

I just want everyone to take notice how the last three comments were very positive and written on the EXACT same day. WHO do you think wrote those comments? I don't know about you but I smell something fishy. more

Forever Green has taken care of our 18 acre condo community for years now. As a resident and property owner I have always been proud of the landscaping and attention to detail around my home. As the president of our HOA for three years I have had the pleasure of working with John and his staff. I can not say enough great things about the working relationship we share. I am constantly complimented on our flowers. One simply needs to drive through my Daniel Island Community to appreciate the quality of work that Forever Green Provides. I am a very satisfied client. Pros: Communication, Courteous, and Very Professional Cons: If I had any, they were quickly resolved. more

I am sorry to see negative comments regarding the service and employees of Forever Green Inc. I have had the pleasure of working with them on several properties in Charleston and while there may have been minor flaws they were addressed and not repeated. We all make mistakes and I hope that those of you who wish to defame their name can honestly say that you have not. They have an incredible team of people in place with the know how and the heart to take the clients needs into consideration. I set a very high standard on my properties and expect that those standards will be met. No company can grow without being challenged and I have never been told that my requests were too far fetched to be granted. Forever Green Inc. is a locally owned and operated company with high standards. By no means have any of us always made everyone happy. I have learned this many times in my career in Property Management. I am more than just satisfied with the service and the communication that I have shared with the team members of Forever Green and I look forward to working with them for many years to come. When I have asked them to meet me with me they have always come to the table prepared to assist me in any way they can. In todays economy it's important to spend our dollars wisely and to support the local businesses whenever possible. Michael, John and the rest of the team have my complete support! First, I am dismayed about the reviews of Forevergreen. John has been my contact for years, and he has taken care of all my needs over the years. I have been a board member for two terms, and we will continue with the company. My guess it the other reviews of Forevergreen seem like disgruntled employees who were just not good at their job. Every company has issues- for one to think they are perfect is a fool. Pros: Good Cust Service and Design. Cons: Really could improve on a few processes, but better than other landscapers I have used. more

I worked for Forevergreen and it was the most disfunctional landscaping company I have ever worked for. Its highly disorganized and its not the foreman or laborers fault. Avoid blaming them they have no idea what is going on. Its the owner and the head manager John who make it such a horrible company. Do not do business with them cause you will regret it, trust me I have worked for them. more

Forever Green is a terrible company. I would not recommend their service to anyone. Expect nothing but the least from them! They will never follow through with anything they say. If you sign a contract with them, God forbid, you will recieve ugly flowers, un-trimmed shrubs and overall poor service. You will also not be able to contact your manager. Don't trust the tall blonde haired guy (J**n). Cons: very expensive more

First there was Mike, then John (who never returned calls) and now i think it's Joyce. Not only so they go through management I acn't tell you how many different formen we had within a 6 month period.For a while it appeared to be a new person every week. VERY UNSTABLE Pros: will cash your check Cons: won't reply to requests- add extra charges to final invoice more

I've been a customer of Forever Green's as local HOA board member for several years. I highly recommend them for your large landscape needs. They have taken care of our communtiy for over 10 years! Pros: Awesome Customer Service more
