Forever 21 is a women's clothing store that sells trendy clothes, jewelry, and other accessories. They have cute and up to date clothing but they are not made of the greatest material. They have clothes that can be found in downtown Los Angeles for cheaper. However, their accessories are very cute and cheap. I like their earrings and necklaces. They have colorful clothes for young women. Another con is that they do not refund at all. You can only get store credit or exchange for something else.
