Long story short - I bought an item from the internet and the receipt specifically says that you can go to any F21 location for a refund. There was a very snooty assistant manager working at the time who refused to give me a refund even though I highlighted the policy and even read it aloud. There was nothing wrong with my item - the color just didn't look the same as online. Finally, I had to tell her that her store must have 2 store policies: the company policy and the 'B*tch"" policy. She turned so red and ended up giving me my refund. I have no idea what that was about but apparently, this store location doesn't feel they have to follow Forever21's store policy regardless if it's specifically written on the back of their receipts!
Pros: Her co-worker was on MY side!
Cons: Snooty assistant manager who felt she was GOD or something
