Forever 21 has clothing that is fashionable and affordable. Dresses are usually $25 - $50 depending on the material used and style. I was looking for a black dress and found that I had many options. I like the wide variety of tops that they have for casual wear too. Plan to spend at least 30 minutes there if you want to look at all the apparel there. The store can be a bit more organized, but it still had a clean, roomy appearance.
