We've lived here for over 2 years now, just waiting for the lease to expire. The management staff is great, but their abilities to control noise must be severely limited.There are unsupervised teens that live here. They loiter around drinking creating messes and noise all day and all night. They invite their teenage friends who end up parking in everyone's parking spot. They play loud music in their cars, honk at night to let their friends know they're there, and drive away squealing their tires to make smoke.The renton police are great, but their powers seem limited as well. Due to complaints, they come over very often, maybe once every two weeks. They've visited my neighbors enough to know the name of the dog living there.Everything else is great though. If these teens were not an issue, I'd give this place 4 stars. It's beautiful, well kept, and the management staff are very professional and friendly.
