I have lived at the Forest Cove apartment community for two years now. I moved here after an unpleasant experience with a neighboring apartment community and have not had any regrets with my decision.\r

The office and maintenance staff have always been pleasant to deal with. When a tenant is in need of minor repairs, the service has proved to be slower than I would like, but I cannot say that they have been anything less than professional in communicating.\r

The grounds are generally well-kept in the warmer months, but are not as well-maintained in the colder, winter months. The units, themselves, are generous in square footage and have recently undergone renovation. The exteriors of the buildings are mostly wood and have not been kept in the best of shape.
