Great Service 4/24/2012

I took my F350 in to Greenway Ford for some body work. We worked Chris and he was on top of job quick. I received my estimate the next morning and after some contact with my insurance company they started work. The job was done quickly and it looks great!! Chris would call often and provide updated status on the repairs. I even got a call from Don the Collision Manager to follow up with us. I must say in this day of changing time it is nice to do business with great folks!! They fixed my truck, did a great job and got it right the first time. I highly recommend them for any of your collision work. Thanks, John more

took my infinity to greenway collision, dealt with Mark. He was very nice & knowledgable. He got my car fixed & back to me 3 days early. great experience. will always go to greenway for body work more

Warning about Greenway Collision 11/18/2011

I am at this point worried about my Acura MDX SUV that I had taken there for mild collision repair over 3 weeks ago. I call practically daily now since they don't return calls and have made excuses like ""wrong fender ordered. new bumper doesn't fit, etc."" I've had my check from insurance company for more than 2 1/2 weeks so it's not a payment issue at all. Looks like I won't have our SUV read for Thanksgiving and have made arrangements, but the other 1 star review here worries me. This place definitely does not have it together when it comes to collision repair so wanted to warn others about this place. Any helpful advice would be welcome. more

Horrible service. 8/7/2008

I took my 2006 Ford Fusion in to Greenway Ford for various reasons: I needed a full detail, I was getting burn holes fixed, scratches fixed, and a tear in my back seat fixed. Pros: I got my car back? Cons: Slow and poor service, and poor customer service. more
