Foothill Commons Apartments

I've been here almost 2 months. I have not seen some of the issues written by previous reviewers other than parking is tight. I sprung for a reserved covered spot for $35 a month and feel this is worth it. There are many different apartment building and apartment configurations. I got a great layout with back patio and windows overlooking retaining pond and wooded property edge. Many units do face each other in a center courtyard configuration. If you want more privacy, don't move into one of these.\r \r Overall I am satisfied and the location is perfect! more

Lived here for almost 4 years and had to vacate for sudden job transfer to a different city. There was no decent closure of lease by the management though I was willing to stick to the terms in the lease. The management was totally money-minded and demanded $1800 of cheque upfront along with rent cheque of $900 though I was vacating 10 days ahead. They found a new guy to move-in within 5 days but still ripped-me-off my money and returned back just $300 plus. Lost almost $1600+ to these guys just for being a loyal customer for 4 good years. Never ever think of considering this place. more

These are the worst apartments I have ever stayed in my life. I stayed there for 5 months just to finish the lease. Apartment management folks are big cheaters . They will talk to you nicely before you signup for the lease then they will start showing their true colors. They will have a board at the entrance saying "It's all about pricing. No clowning around" but its complete wrong. they are big big cheaters. I don't recommend this apartment to any of my friends. Beware folks, Think twice before you signup lease with them. more

I booked an apartment by paying deposit and the application fee, but a week before we move, susan, the manager created a problem by asking us that she cant give the apartment because of their confusion with the former tenants. we booked uhaul, canceled the present apartment and gym.Without any acceptance from us she canceled the application on her own. I got very rude replies from Susan, Nicol and Arlene who r the part of management.Leasing people shouldnt behave like this by having a mistake from their side. Still I got a chance to see the apts after this problem which they offered them at cheap rates.Apartments condition r really bad with full of cockroaches and stinky corriders.Before joining into the apartment, have a look at one sample apartment(A1-107) and then decide. A two bed room apt available in building 20 is the real stinky one which every1 sees it and decides not to join in foothill commons.Anyway I m glad that I denied their offer and not going to move to foothill common more

This apartment is the best I have ever seen, especially if you have kids in your family. I used to live in an apartment on the first floor, every apartment comes with a super big open yard, big enough for flipping the frisbee and playing with your dogs. Some apartments even come with BBQ oven on the lawn, or a small pond at the back yard. more
