Only gets the one star because you cant give 'zero' stars. oven worked for approx 12hrs after repair. A ton of good the '30 day' return for repair did. Had to call from multiple numbers as he would not awnser after we called him back from the same number more than twice. Promised TWICE to come out, gave a ridiculous 6 hour window both times...didn't show up either time. CROOK. CROOK. CROOK. more
