Expensive and horrible 7/18/2010

I told the driver to take me to the Marriott and gave him the address. After lying back and scrolling through my phone for 10 minutes he took me to the wrong address via the wrong route. I then had to pay him more money to take me to the right one, which was now further away. I didn't have time to argue with the Russian. So I just paid and left. Try another company! These people are not legal 10/2/2009

This outfit is without proper permits as required by local ordinances. Their cabs have not been inspected for safety like every legal taxi in the city and county of Sacramento. There is good reason to beleave that they are not properly insured. Rates posted in their cab are in excess of those authorized by city and county ordinances. The public should be warned that traveling with them is at your own risk. more
