I had purchase a 2003 Chevy Cavlier, and people kept telling me don't worry about the engine light. It was not about me worrying I knew something was wrong. Even people you thought you could trust was not beening honest with you. So I had talked to a customer name Jim while I was at work and he told me about Fogle's Automotive on Dublin-Granville. So I finally called and talked with the owner Dmitriy and he told me to bring my care in the next day which was March 25, 2011. When I got there his employee was there and I talked with him about my car, he said Dmitriy would be in ther in just a few minute. It was about 10 minutes Dmitrity before he got there. He pulled my car right in and started working on it. As they were working on my car Dmitrity asked me a lot of questions and I gave him the answer to the questions. As I waited and was talking to Dimtrity uncle who showed me really great customer service, Dmitrity found the problem to my car right way. He ran and got the part and repaired my car within 1 1/2 hours. I explained to him I had to be at work at 1:00 pm. The customer service was excellent the price was really reasonable and he took the time to explain what he had to do. There should be more honest Technician in the world who are for the customer and just for the money. I can honestly say if I have any and I mean any problems with my car I will take my car back to him, and will let the world know he did a excellent job. I will refer people to him that needs a honest Technician who care about their customer. Dmitriy I just want to say thank you for being who you are and continue doing what you are doing because people need good honest Technician who they can trust to work on their cars.
