First of all....RITA K.....Please do your homework before posting a negative review of a hard working, family owned business. The owner of Flower Hill Auto Body is Jack NOT Greg. You have a problem with Flower Hill Collision in Frenchtown NJ..NOT..Flower Hill Auto Body in Roslyn NY! I approached Jack about this review and he informed me that he knew of Greg at Flower Hill Collision in NJ and Rita K. was not a customer of his. I know from experience that Jack would never not stand behind the work he performed!! I have been a customer for over 15 years and I have NEVER been less then 100% satisfied! They are the best in the business. Please don't let Rits K's lack of homework deter you for using them! more

I spend $4000 having my car painted by F.H. a few months ago. A raised area appeared next to the hood that looks like dirt was on the body before paint. An employee said that he thought that it was a rust spot under the paint. The owner; Greg.; not only refused to stand behind his work but he would not even do the repair even if I were to pay to have it done. Run from this guy! more

Hi all car lovers! First off look no further then Flower hill Auto Body. Staff is amazing & caring. But most of all the work they do is like magic!!!! I have a Audi A5 Black & im very picky on whom touches my car ..so after speaking wit John, he not only gave me knowledge on what a good repair should be but taking a bit further than any other body-shope person ive ever met!! I love the job the have done on my car.. Freinds all you have to do is give Flower hill Auto Body A chance!!!! Audi Or America will sulrey hear about this.. keep up the great Work .. You will never be disappointed with the outstanding service provided here. Their attention to detail and outstanding customer service place them above and beyond the competition. When I had an accident last month, I had my car towed to this shop and they took care of ALL the details. I didn't have to worry about ANYTHING. I have been using this shop for many years and always find them to be professional, reliable and extremely caring. As said by others, my Honda Odyssey was treated with the same care as other high end cars you may see in the parking lot. more

A very good experience at FH Auto Body. My car was smashed by a tree during a storm in Nassau County. Due to circumstances, I was unable to use my regular auto body shop, and Flower Hill was recommended to me. They didn't know me from Adam, but dealt with me on a very professional level right from the start. My car is a Subaru, not a Mercedes, not a BMW, not one of the high end makes this shop has a reputation for working on. A Subaru, with 15k worth of damage (yeah, a big tree), and they couldn't have treated me any better had I flat-bedded a Rolls there. They kept me informed of the repair progress, sent pictures via email as the repairs went forward. With the work done, the car looks and feels great. Very impressed by the work done and the staff who did it. Many thanks to all and especially John Picciano for making a difficult time about as good as it could be, considering the circumstances. Highly recommended. more

The ""BEST"" Auto Body Shop 4/26/2012

A friend of mine recommended Flower Hill Auto Body Shop to me over ten years ago. They have repaired numerous cars for me and my family including Audi, Mercedes,Porsche & BMW. The repair work has always been perfect and the cars have always been returned to us in spotless condition. The friendly and professional staff are always ready and willing to help provide the best service available. I have seen their shop area and found it to be clean and equipped with only the best tools for professional repair work. I have always recommened them to family and friends, knowing they will be very satisfied . more

ths shop was recommended by my insurance company and was and still very disappointed. i own a bentley and i was lied to about flower hill being an authorized bentley shop, THEY ARE NOT! their shop is dark, dirty and dingy. the repair of my vehicle was inferior, paint job was horrible, my car was not cleaned properly when they returned it. i had to take my car back to the my local bentley dealer for them to correct the mess that flower hill did! i would NOT recommend this body shop! more

CAR NUTS DON'T GET ANY MORE FUSSY THAN ME AND I WONT CONSIDER ANY OTHER BODY SHOP THAN FLOWER HILL. FROM MY FERRARI TO MY H1 TO MY LOTUS ESPRIT TO MY SRT8 JEEP THEIR WORK HAS BEEN PERFECTION. FROM TOUCH UP TO MAJOR COLLISION YOU WILL BE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. ADD TO THIS THAT THIS FRIENDLY PLACE IS REPUTABLE, HONEST AND FAIR AND THEY BECOME A NO-BRAINER. more

The most porfessional, accomodating Auto Body company 10/8/2010

I took my 2009 Cadillac to Flower Hill Auto Body after scraping it on a the rear quarter panel right near the tire on a pole. I also needed to have the passenger side front end aligned with the pins to hold in place . I was met with a manner of immediate curiosity and assistance . They took my car immediately drove it into the shop and began buffing out the scratches and then aligning the front end in place at connecting it to the pins . I sat in the sun ion the yard at Flower Hill and 20 minutes later ""VOILA"" it was done . I asked for the bill so I could pay them and to my surprise they would not take payment they gave me the work on the house . The work was done very well the scratches are done and the front end pins are attached the way the other body shop I took it to should have done it. I was so pleased . If I need any body work on my car ever I will take it to them . Way to go Flower Hill and Thanks from the bottom of my heart Your company is a real old fashioned American business and I am thriled that there is still one out there ! more

Diligent and Compassionate Repair Crew 7/16/2010

Woke up and someone had crushed in the back of my 2 month old Audi A5. Decided I would bring it to the best place I could think of and that took me to Flower Hill. They were understanding of my concerns and did a great job reconstructing the rear end for me. More impressive they continued to work on the car with me for all the little details that may have had anything to do with the accident or not. The dealership had left me in the gulch and Flower Hill saved the day. I am very happy with results. Thanks John, Lou, Roz and all the guys that I didn't get to talk to directly but worked on my car... Pros: They never give up and creating a good experience Cons: For me it was the location. I live in NYC more

Great work & very professional 2/3/2010

When I had an accident with my new Lexus I was devestated.Jack, John & Roz made a difficult experiance painless.They had a rental car waiting,they called in my insurance claim and had me back normal in less than an hour.About 10 days latter I picked up my car it was perfect, just like new again.The attension to detail in their work is remarkable and difficult to find in today's world. What more could I ask for.Forever greatful. Pros: Honest & reliable Cons: A little expensive but worth every penny more

My wife's 2008 Cadillac CTS, Thunder Gray, had a really minor fender bender on the passenger rear wheelwell. Country Auto Group Body shop in Huntington Station came highly recommended and promised that the car would come back like new (The car has 5,000 miles and not one scratch anywhere). I just picked up my Aston Martin from Flower Hill. I was so devistated when my car was damaged in a parking lot when my car was only 1 month old. Flower Hill made the repair painless for me, and even arranged a rental car for me to be picked-up right at the shop. The car is perfect. A top rated experience all the way. Pros: Top LI Shop more

Great Experience 4/19/2008

I've taken my cars (Ferrari and Bentley) to Flower Hill over the years and have had 100% satisfaction every time I've gone. Everyone in the front office is great and they really take care of me and very quickly. Their staff does a great job and I'm so impressed how they can match the paint absolutely perfectly you can never tell there was anything dented, scratched, or damaged at all. I can't believe how professional their work and their approach to customers is. I once had damage to the front end in the Bentley and they repaired it to the original factory specifications. I couldn't believe how professional their work is! Pros: Too many to list more

Best Shop Ever 4/19/2008

You must be crazy to give this shop a negative review. My family has been customers for 30 years. They are the best shop on Long Island if not the entire country. If you had a bad experience with them you must be the idiot. They are professional, customer focused, and highly competant in what they do. I have recommended them to everyone who ever needed auto body repair - without any complaint and nothing but rave reviews. Don't ever go anyplace else - they are the best. Pros: Customer Focus of Staff, Expertise Cons: Nothing more

Dishonest 12/15/2006

this shop damaged my car when painting and refused to fix the damage telling me to ""go get a lawyer"" - this from the owner no less - please for your own good - refuse to do business with anyone at flower hill auto body. It cost me $$$, frustration and no end of pain. Cons: everything more
