I've used this business a few times for floral arrangements. In the past, the flowers haven't always looked fresh, but I never complained because they do make attractive arrangements. The shop is also clean and attractive. When I did a bridal consult, the owner discouraged me from using certain flowers because she would have to get rid of whatever wasn't used for the bridal arrangements. I suppose they buy in bulk. I chose another florist because that person catered to my individual requests for certain flowers. Recently, I ordered a specific arrangement and was told that the materials were in stock. The arrangement that was delivered was not the arrangement specified. When I called to inquire about it, the lady I spoke to was rude and acted as if she had done me a favor by sending an alternative arragement. Incidentally, the arrangement that was sent was mostly filler with a few flowers. While it was attractive in it's own rite in appearance, it was not comparable to the seasonal arrangement that I had requested. She told me that she was out of the materials and didn't have the flowers necessary to make that arrangement, so she used what she had. Given my past experiences, I was left feeling as though she made my arrangement with leftovers from someone else's order. I can overlook a few not-so-fresh flowers, but customer service is the key to my return to any business. Because I didn't feel as though they cared if I was happy or returned, I won't!
