Took forever to get them out to start work , then wasnt done correctly, & are unwilling to do it correctly..cant believe they stay in business with such unprofessionalism. Dont us...

Stay away! Bait and switch scam. Agreed on a price with the representative at the establishment , and when it came time to purchase, the owner/manager wouldn't honor the price that was agreed upon. Then they tried to say we needed eighteen yards more than the square footage required. \r \r Horrible business practice. Spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere. \r \r Sierra Carpets right down the street was more than willing to offer, and support an agreed upon price for a quality product! more

Scary Bad 1/24/2012

Took forever to get them out to start work , then wasnt done correctly, & are unwilling to do it correctly..cant believe they stay in business with such unprofessionalism. Dont use them for your flooring needs or you will be terribly disappointed ! more
