Work was done in our home this year. Installers were terrific! The product was excellent; however, the sales/billing personnel were not helpful.
So...if you should decide this is the place for you, be sure to double check with your sales/billing person...or you will be over charged. Ask for an itemized bill at the end of the project.
We did and saved $$$ due to an error on their part. We never received a follow up phone call either apologizing for the error or explaining the error.
