This company hires the same contractors I would hire on my own to do a job and I wouldn't have to shuffle through bureaucracy to get issues resolved. The female proprietership seems more interested in silly women's issues, hobnobbing with HD execs and administrators, and knows little about this type of business, Meanwhile the customers are left to deal with staff whose enthusiasm for the job is proportionate with the amount of time the company makes them volunteer. It seems like many headaches would be spared by taking due diligence to handle contracts yourself, next to actually doing the job yourself. If you happen to BE a contractor, working for this company will do no favors for your reputation.
Pros: Good of you're a niave suburbanite who doesn't like to deal with Contractors becuase you find people who work hard ""dirty"".
Cons: This company serves no real purpose but to syphen wealth from customers and contractors.
