Floor Pro Network

I recently had a dealing with Floor Pro Network installing laminate flooring in my daughters entire home. I open her home each day (while she was at work) and stayed with the workmen all day long. The two workmen were very professional and knew their trade extremely well. The measurement company projected at least 10% waste but these two professionals had less than 2% waste and allowed my daughter to return 12 cartons of flooring and get her money back. They cleaned up their work constantly and before they left each day all was cleaned, vacuumed and orderly. Now I am going to had laminate installed throughout my home and I am insisting on the same two workmen. That should tell you what I think of their work! I even took the two out to lunch one day, my treat. more

This company hires the same contractors I would hire on my own to do a job and I wouldn't have to shuffle through bureaucracy to get issues resolved. The female proprietership seems more interested in silly women's issues, hobnobbing with HD execs and administrators, and knows little about this type of business, Meanwhile the customers are left to deal with staff whose enthusiasm for the job is proportionate with the amount of time the company makes them volunteer. It seems like many headaches would be spared by taking due diligence to handle contracts yourself, next to actually doing the job yourself. If you happen to BE a contractor, working for this company will do no favors for your reputation. Pros: Good of you're a niave suburbanite who doesn't like to deal with Contractors becuase you find people who work hard ""dirty"". Cons: This company serves no real purpose but to syphen wealth from customers and contractors. more
