Floor Decor did a small project for us. I had them install linoleum flooring in the bathroom. The technicians were very nice and did an excellent job. Everything looks great!

Service was excellent; the installers were professional and neat. Ernest did an outstanding job getting the job done. The installation took longer than expected but, I never felt as if he was rushing through it. Instead, his attention to detail made a good job, a great job. Floor Decor was very nice. They helped me out with my hardwood floors and carpeting. They worked within my price range and came up with alternative options to meet that. They set up the delivery and showed up on time. It all went well. There were some minor repairs needed but we coordinated for them to come out and fix it. I was very happy with them. more

Great, worthwhile experience and highly recommended. 4/22/2013

Floor Decor came down, took a look at the job, measured it, and gave me a price. They showed up on the day there were supposed to do the installation. The floors look great. This is true for both times I used them- first to put vinyl in the kitchen and then to install carpet in a couple of rooms. more

Perfect experience 4/19/2013

I worked with Janine Phoenix in Milford CT for my bathroom floor and tile and kitchen backsplash. She was terrific! She's knowledgable, patient, and even recommended someone when she didn't have what she thought I wanted. Customer service was always on the top of her mind and her mission was to provide the BEST customer experience. Mission completed! Floor Decor was probably the fourth company we went to. We liked them because we liked the quality and grade of the carpet. We told Mike what we were looking for and he was able to pick two carpets that we liked. He was listening to what we were looking for. We are very happy with the service and the installation went smoothly. more

Very Satisfactory 3/5/2013

Floor Decor did extremely nice work. They let me bring home samples to help me make a decision about the final product. They were extremely nice and helpful, and the product is excellent. The only thing that bothered me was that they charged me for the 9x12 foot rug that was ordered from the factory, before they delivered it. They charged my card on the 24th of January and delivered the rug until the end of February. more

Incredible customer service 2/11/2013

I worked with Jeannine of Floor Decor and she was very good at her job and very helpful. I am not an artistic person, but she was very useful in showing different tiles. She let us bring samples home and explained the benefits of different flooring materials. I am big on finding a good price, but I am even bigger on receiving excellent customer service and I have found that with Floor Decor. more

Everything happened as he said it would and he answered all of my questions 2/4/2013

I thought Michael from Floor Decor was very honest and above board. I liked that he sat at my kitchen table and worked up the estimate while I waited. I liked that he broke down the estimate into all the different parts so there were no mystery charges. I had shopped for this particular project at three other floor places before I settled on Floor Decor. His estimate was not the lowest (nor the highest) but it was reasonable. The work is absolutely beautiful. I wish you could see this floor. It is cut precisely to the molding and the woodwork. It look like a million bucks! more

Floor Decor is a good place to go to for quality merchandise and customer service. We went in and we looked for advice with the colors and design. The woman that helped us had very good suggestions. I needed help with the colors because I have an eye condition, and she helped me match the colors well. The products were ready when we expected. Overall, we are very happy. more

Michael was patient and I enjoyed working with him. 1/4/2013

Floor Decor just supplied parts for me, but I was very happy with their store. Every time I needed something, Michael was there. He let me take samples all the time, sometimes for days at a stretch. He treated me well, and he delivered what he said he would deliver. It took me a while to decide, but Floor Decor worked with me, and they were there when I needed it. more

Floor Decor put in carpeting in one room and installed some vinyl flooring in my kitchen. The kitchen floor seems pretty good. The carpeting is a little less than good, but I'm satisfied. They're very pleasant people to deal with. more

Outstanding service 12/12/2012

The folks at Floor Decor are terrific. We installed new tile in our kitchen and dining area--ourselves. They were patient with our many questions. They accommodated our request for addtional materials with no complaints! They have brought back the old-fashioned customer service that you just don't find very often anymore. Excellent service, quality and follow up. 12/9/2012

We just had another great experience with Floor Decor! They have never disappointed us and we recommend them to all. They installed flooring and carpeting in the past for us, and just finished a kitchen backsplash and porcelain tile floor. Mike, Janine and Rich helped with choices and provided great input from their experience but never pressured us. We were so happy with the results. We would never go anywhere else! more
