Professional, personable, and diligent crew 9/12/2014

Floor Coverings International is top notch! The crew did a very neat and orderly job putting in a new ceramic tile flooring for us. I've had this installed in the past and know how tricky and messy it can get and they really did a good job. They cleaned up extremely well and answered all of my questions. They knew what they were doing and completed the job in a timely manner. They planned out the job quite well and everything turned out very nicely. I'd recommend them to anyone. more

It was quick, easy, and the end result is fabulous. 8/27/2014

This was my first time using Floor Coverings International of Madison, WI. It was a great experience. I didn't even have to go to a store, they came right over. The installers were great. The came right on time, and it didn't take them very long to install the carpet in our room. They were clean and efficient and the carpet looks great. I would recommend them. more

It looks fantastic 8/13/2014

Floor Coverings International installed new carpeting on my staircase and in my basement. I hadn't used their service before but everything ended up looking fantastic. The salesman/designer, Kevin, does a really great job helping with color selection and planning. He was a big help. more

Did a really nice job 6/12/2014

Floor Coverings International came in while we were having our kitchen redone for the floor part of it. They did very precise measurements and answered all of our questions about ripping up the floor and what to do with what's underneath it. They came when they said they would on the installation date and worked very efficiently and neatly while being mindful of the house. They didn't make a mess and cleaned up after themselves. They did a really nice job. Also, the product is excellent. We were really pleased with it and we actually get a lot of compliments from people who visit our house. The floor is the first thing they notice. more

Very happy with the work they did 5/14/2014

Floor Coverings International of Madison put in luxury vinyl tile in our kitchen, bath, hallway, and main floor. It was quite a bit of square footage. I thought they did a really nice job of dealing with some unexpected issues that popped up. We had an area with some uneven floor, and they solved the problem in a way that let them stay on schedule. more

Excellent and efficient work 4/10/2014

In my experience in working with Floor Coverings International of Madison, they were very easy and fun to work with. I think they wanted to make sure we were happy and that was absolutely the result. They were professional in their demeanor and service and overall I was highly satisfied with the job done. They gave us a great price for the value of the work done and we will continue to use them going forward in the future as needed be. If anybody in the area is looking for a floor covering service, Floor Coverings International of Madison does a great job and I think anybody would be impressed as well with the work they do. more

Very reasonable pricing with excellent customer service 3/27/2014

My experience with Floor Coverings International of Madison was great overall, they were very professional in how they handled me as a customer and I felt that they were easy to work with. Everyone I talked to was very knowledgeable in regards to the service they provided and answered all the questions I had for them. The prices were also very reasonable for the quality however I didn't like the shipping rates but it didn't over-shadow how good the pricing was. I would highly recommend them to anybody else looking for their floors to get done and I am highly satisfied with the results I have received. more

Awesome company! 2/27/2014

Floor Coverings International of Madison, WI put down vinyl flooring in our sun porch. It was our first time using them, and everything went well. They listened to our needs and were very accommodating. It looks wonderful, and we're very pleased with it! more

Wonderful service 2/26/2014

Floor Coverings International is excellent. They refinished the hardwood floors in our living and dining room. The final results were gorgeous and we're very pleased. They did a very thorough job and left no mess whatsoever. After shopping around a bit, we found them to be the most knowledgeable and courteous company that we talked to before deciding to hire them for the job. After the job was completed, we could tell that they take great pride in their work. It was nice to know that they use high-quality equipment as well. Overall, they were very responsive and efficient. They also gave us tips about how to take maintain our floors. I'd strongly recommend them. more

My experience with Floor Coverings International was excellent. The crew was prompt, clean, and professional. Their prices were very reasonable and the quality of the service was on point. They were very communicative and were able to respond to us in a timely manner. They showed us all of the different options that we had and gave us room to decide based on our budget. They required little to no direction and our hardwood floors look stunning. They really know their stuff. I'd definitely recommend them! more
