From what I had described, he knew what I wanted 7/17/2012

The owner of Floor Coverings International of MetroWest came to the house. We were getting our carpeting to replace our old carpeting in the family room/living room area. He showed me the samples. From what I had described, he knew what I wanted and showed the right samples. I picked the color, and he ordered it there within a couple days. He scheduled an appointment for a week later, and Floor Coverings International came in and put it out. It took them two hours, and they did a great job! more

From beginning to end, it was excellent! The owner of Floor Coverings International of MetroWest was very accommodating and helpful. They did research and showed me the options. They did a very good job in selection, and the installation went very very well! more

The customers were satisfied 6/21/2012

I hired Floor Coverings International of MetroWest but never actually met any of them. I'm a contractor and I hired them for two different jobs to install carpet. I know that the sales man went out and met with the homeowners and brought some samples for them. Later the installers would return to put in the carpet. The customers have been very satisfied with their work. more

I thought Floor Coverings International of MetroWest were great! My experience with them couldn't have been any nicer. It was a pleasure to work with them. Their pricing was very competitive and they were on time and did everything I wanted. In terms of them finishing the floors, they were great and even did repair work, which I wasn't aware they could do. They were clean, and left the area spotless when they were done. more
