Dr. Mike grew up in the Lake Minnetonka area. He attended college at St. Thomas, University of South Florida, and the University of Minnesota where he got his degree in Kinesiology and minor in Business. While a student at the U of M he worked with the Gopher football team helping with athletic training and rehabilitation programs. There he developed his passion for sports chiropractic and prevention after shadowing the team chiropractor. Seeing the doctor treat players and coaches, injured or not, was a new experience. Ultimately leading to graduate school at Northwestern Health Sciences University, where he graduated in 2008. Following graduation, he ran the first chiropractic clinic inside of LifeTime Fitness. He brings with him 12 years of experience working with a wide array of patients. From the elite athletes wanting to push their bodies safely to the limit or the pain patient having trouble getting out of bed, he’s comfortable assessing, educating, and treating them all. When not treating, you can find Dr. Mike surrounded by friends and family on the golf course or on the lake.
