We have a 1 year parts and labor warranty and could not get Jeff to come out to fix a treadmill. We first called him to tell him the problem on March 7th, said would be here in a couple of days, never showed. Called again next week said he was sending someone else, called again for the next 3 weeks, would not return my calls, had lawyer send letter still did not call. Matter is still unresolved 1 month later.
Pros: cheap
Cons: poor service, doesn't stand by word
