Absolutely the best for dogs 2/17/2010

We have been using Five Star for over a year now and we just love it. We use Five Star Pet Resort for grooming, boarding and training. We rescued our dog and had no idea how large he would grow to be. When he reached the 100 pound mark we decided mommy needed a little help with training. I spent one hour with Daren Hamlin and our dog was walking on a leash, sitting, staying and in general so well behaved. We see them every month for a bath and whenever we head out of town. The staff is friendly and they love the dogs. They take their job seriously and honestly it is the cleanest facility I have ever seen. I highly recommend them. Great place to kennel your pet 2/16/2010

Our dog loves the people at Five Star Dog Resort. It is obvious that they love their job and take great care of the dogs. Also, he gets a bath before we pick him up so he comes home fresh and clean! Pros: He is always happy to get there! more

AWESOME facility and incredible staff 2/14/2010

What an awesome facility, very clean and neat with spacious suites for all the dogs staying there. Incredible staff that is in tune with your dog and treats them like their own. This place has got it all...boarding, grooming, training and now doggie daycare. I would love to spend the day there myself instead of my dogs!! I have had several of my rescue dogs stay at this facility and I would do it over and over again!!\r Pros: quiet and relaxed setting; wonderful staff Cons: still thinking ?? more

Great place for your dog to stay 2/13/2010

We just took our puppy for her second stay and she appeared to be excited to be back and happy to see the people working there. When we picked her up after the first visit she was not the least traumatized and she was there for five days. I highly recommend 5 star dog resort as a great resort for your dog. more

The ONLY place for my dog! 2/10/2010

Daren and his staff have trained my dog since he was a pup. I am pleased to say I now have a well-mannered 180 dog because of 5 Star. We wouldn't let our dog stay anywhere else! They treat my dog like he was a part of their own family. The facility is always clean and the animals are relaxed (that says a LOT about the care they receive). I would recommend 5 Star to everyone! Pros: Great staff and fantastic facility more

Dog paradise 12/20/2009

Five Star Dog resort treated my dogs so great when I took them in for a grooming. My wife is extremely picky (as most of us pet owners are) but when we left, our dogs were bouncing around and were so happy and relaxed. The owner himself gave them their ""pawdicure"" and was so knowledgable about training and gave great recommendations on dog food for us. this is the ONLY place you should take your dogs for grooming or training.
