I decided to start training with Fitness Pursuits in preparation for my upcoming wedding in November. I knew they would be able to help me lose weight and fit into my dress!
I had worked out previously with one of the trainers, Max, and the experience was fun and motivating.
I have been training with Fitness Pursuits since December 2008, and I am seeing results. They are excellent because they help me with nutrition in addition to the fitness training. They also keep on top of me and help me stay focused on my goals.
I would recommend Fitness Pursuits if you are looking for results and need the motivation and push to lose weight. It is not your typical workout -- they make it fun.
