The managers here are very diligent people. They have maintained great communication and manage to take care of the property very well, not to mention deal with tenants and a million other things. They have met all of my needs and then some. more

We had our first issue, which was a broken front door handle. I went online to report it and expected it would take at least a few days, so I was very happy to get a quick response. I was even more surprised and happy that the repair was completed within two days! We're new to the rental scene so this was a great first experience! more

I have been a tenant for over a year and a half and I have had no issues with the management at First Rate. Maintenance is done quickly and on time. They have the best prices in town among other management companies. more

First Rate Property Management has been the manager her for about two yearsI have lived her for 3 so I can compare them to the previous managers, there is no comparison. The other company was very hands off and First Rate Property Management has been very proactive, even asking if I noticed anything that may need attention. I am in better hands now with these guys for sure. more
