First Class Driving School is the oldest and most respected driving school in the Ark-La-Tex.
Our owner and Certified Trainer, Bud Chauncy, has been making the streets of Shreveport-Bossier safer since 1993. He is often interviewed by local media for his expertise on traffic safety.
Mr. Chauncy, and our First Class Team members, are involved in community groups on reducing speeding, underage drinking, child safety-seat checks, railroad safety, teen court, Madd and many other safety advocacy groups. He speaks at local, state and national levels. “Mr. Bud” is past-President of the Driving School Association of Louisiana, and Administrative Vice-president of the Driving School Association of Americas.
